This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how order cancellations and refunds are handled on our website.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.
To assist you fairly, please review our cancellation terms below:
1. Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered the processing or customization stage.
- Once the product is sent for vendor customization, production, or packaging, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Customized Orders
- Customized jewelry (made-to-order, engraved, or size-altered pieces) cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as these are uniquely created per your specifications.
- If production has not started yet, you may request cancellation by contacting our team immediately at auraajewels17@gmail.com.
3. Cancellation Charges
- A nominal 2.5%–3% payment gateway charge may be deducted for prepaid order cancellations to cover transaction costs.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping, but in rare cases where issues arise, we handle refunds with complete transparency.
1. Refund Eligibility
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received a wrong product or size that differs from your order.
- The product is lost in transit or undelivered due to courier issues.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved or made-to-order pieces)
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
3. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, contact us at auraajewels17@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear product photos or unboxing video proof.
- Once our team inspects and approves the return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
- If your order was paid via COD, you’ll be asked to provide your bank details for refund transfer.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
- Recheck your bank account or payment source.
- Contact your card company or bank — sometimes it takes additional time for the refund to reflect.
